Rita Springer
In 2008 she began a worship school called DIVE. (Deep – Innovative – Vertical – Expression) The School trains and encourages upcoming worship leaders all over the world with weeklong intensive one-on-one courses. Staying true to her calling, Rita continues to write new songs and leads worship at churches, conferences and events around the country. Rita released her first book in 2013, Finding Eve.

We are thrilled to invite you to the Inspire Experience 2026, a special weekend designed to deepen our relationships with Christ and with one another. We’ll gather in April 2026 at the Community Church St. Simons Campus, and we can’t wait to be together.
This year’s theme is SPEAK LIFE. As Christian women, our words carry great power. Scripture reminds us that “death and life are in the power of the tongue” (Proverbs 18:21). To speak life is to choose words rooted in truth, hope, grace, and encouragement—words that reflect God’s heart and build up those around us. Throughout the weekend, we’ll explore what it means to speak life over ourselves, our relationships, and our circumstances as we learn to listen more closely to God’s voice.
We are honored to welcome Rita Springer as our keynote speaker for the entire weekend. Rita is a gifted, Spirit-filled singer, songwriter, speaker, and author, and she will be sharing from her heart and her journey with Jesus.
Our two-day experience begins Friday evening with dinner, worship, and a powerful message. Saturday will include morning sessions and an early evening gathering. Along the way, you’ll enjoy delicious meals, engaging breakout groups, creative activities, vendors, and meaningful time around the table—because community is at the heart of Inspire.
Inspire is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life and enter a space of reflection, renewal, and rest. We encourage you to fully embrace the experience by staying overnight with friends or enjoying a quiet hotel stay.
Whether this is your first Inspire or you’ve joined us before, we cannot wait to welcome you—hugs and all! We expect a wonderful crowd, and space will be limited, so be sure to register early.

Looking to be a Vendor?
We are looking for fun, fab, female-owned businesses to sell their goods at Inspire 2026. Fill out the application below to get started!
- The retreat begins Friday, April 24th
- Location: Inspire Retreat will be held at Community Church on the St. Simons Campus. Parking is limited, so please carpool if possible.
- Attendees must be 16 years or older: A parent or adult must accompany any High School student attending.
- Housing Details: All Housing options are on your own, as there are no sleeping options on-site.
While there are no sleeping options onsite, we encourage you to grab some sisters and stay close by to get the full experience.
- Bible and pen.
- Clothes – casual, comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather.
- Any Meds you may require, such as an epi-pen.
- Any equipment or clothing you may need for Saturday afternoon activities.
